ChopChop in Kalmar is looking for a driven and goal-oriented assistant restaurant manager who is ready to take on new challenges and develop the restaurant and the team together with our restaurant manager. We are looking for someone who wants to work with our current team and contribute with their experiences! You will work with our restaurant manager and together develop the team.

We are a growing fast-food chain that started in 2011 and currently has 43 restaurants.

You are the leader on-site who actively works to be present, follows up, and develops your most important asset, which is your staff. That said, it is important that you actively work in the operations with your restaurant manager and your team to show the way and the approach on how to perform the practical work with quality. It is important that you are skilled in practical work and see the benefit and joy of working together with your staff to deliver the end product and an excellent customer experience. You are the player on the field who has the ultimate responsibility to guide the group and the business in the right direction.

Your main responsibilities are:

• To ensure that the restaurant meets the goals set internally. Transform the overall goals into action plans tailored for your unit.
• To actively work to achieve and also convey ChopChop's guiding principles: Good, fast, and simple!
• To ensure and work on: planning of staff and schedules, service and reception, sales and local marketing, as well as service/repair and maintenance.
• To actively work with monitoring the restaurant's routines, performing checks to maintain good and correct standards.
• To lead and work with your team in operations.

We are looking for you:

• You are results-driven and can quickly and easily deliver measurable and visible results.
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in personnel management, preferably but not necessarily in the restaurant industry.
• You are positive.
• You have the ability to inspire and support your employees and can motivate them to sell and provide good customer service.
• You are systematic and structured with a clear overview.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry is a requirement!
