The operational area of Support and Governance works with effective internal support and good internal governance and control. We develop our operations for a sustainable society. Communication, legal issues, process support, finance, operational management, personnel issues, competence supply, IT issues, internal services, procurement, security, and local supply are included in the operational area.

In the role of Security Coordinator, you will work to develop and maintain the protection of the agency's operations, employees, students, equipment, premises, and information. You will work at both a strategic and operational level within a broad area concerning crisis preparedness, continuity management, physical security, personal safety, and school safety. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the agency's management, security manager, local coordinators, information security coordinators, fire protection officers, and others.

The agency's security organization is located together with the local supply organization in the Coordination Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Security Coordinator, your tasks will include:

• Developing and supporting the agency's work with crisis preparedness and continuity management
• Conducting and participating in risk and vulnerability analyses (RVA)
• Setting requirements for building technical protection for the agency's premises
• Setting requirements and managing the agency's access control systems and burglary alarm systems as well as fire and evacuation alarms
• Leading and coordinating the agency's systematic fire protection work
• Working with insurance coverage and risk cost calculations
• Following up on incidents, suggesting and implementing security measures
• Supporting managers and employees in the security area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant education in crisis preparedness or security at the university level or other education that, together with professional experience, is deemed equivalent and relevant for the position
• at least 3 years of work experience in systematic preparedness and security work.
• experience in driving crisis preparedness work and continuity management
• good knowledge of building technical protection and security systems
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally in Swedish or Swedish sign language and in writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience of working in public operations, preferably in school operations.

You engage in our work with continuous improvements and contribute to development work with your experiences. You are collaborative and have a positive attitude.

OTHER

Probationary employment of 6 months will apply.

A criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
