About the Company

At NearYou, we are looking for a competent and dedicated property manager for a fixed-term employment starting as soon as possible. The position extends until at least the end of June 2025, with the possibility of extension. The position is located in Växjö.

Working hours: 3-5 days a week.

Job Description

As a property manager, you will work with the management and project leadership of our properties in Växjö. The role involves managing and driving several projects simultaneously, from planning to execution, with project scopes ranging from 100,000 SEK to 3,000,000 SEK. The focus is on larger maintenance work and tenant adaptations.

Planning and execution of property maintenance and tenant adaptations.
Project management of several ongoing projects simultaneously.
Budget and cost monitoring of property-related projects.
Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and tenants.
Monitoring the technical status and energy consumption of the properties.
Ensuring that the properties comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

At least 3 years of experience as a property manager, project manager in construction, or similar.
Experience in managing and leading multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledge of property economics, maintenance planning, and contract law.
Good ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders.
Self-driven, motivated, and service-minded.
Driver's license (B) is a plus.
Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
