Our client Viverk AB has a continued strong order intake and an exciting development journey ahead! We have just recruited a designer who will start in mid-June, and now we are ready to recruit our next colleague, would you like to be a part of us?

The development team is steadily growing, and we are now looking for another designer with advanced knowledge in mechanics. As a designer, you have a multifaceted role with depth in mechanics and at the same time access to competent colleagues and partners in other technical areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We work in teams and give the designer the opportunity to focus on design, new development, technical project management, and innovation. You primarily work with:

• Developing documentation for customer-specific high-tech industrial washing machines with unique quality and customer benefits

• In close collaboration with the commercial project manager, driving the technical part of the projects

• Developing and maintaining technical requirements and ongoing documentation

• Creating layouts for machine configurations

• Producing complete drawing documentation for production

• Designing and customizing components for new products

• Participating in the work of developing innovations and generating creative ideas for future solutions

A complete drawing with us is normally used only once; the next time we develop a new customer-specific, sustainable, and efficient solution, something we enjoy and that takes both us, the products, and our customers to the next level! We have no standard, but a standard mindset. Unique features are used to create customer- and product-specific solutions.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
You who take on this challenge have a post-secondary education in mechanics or product development and at least three to five years of practical experience in mechanical design or machine design, where you have independently worked with technical project management.

Furthermore, you have a burning interest in technology and find it easy to understand how the various disciplines (mechanics, electrical, statics, electronics, and pneumatics) are interconnected in the complete design solution. You are somewhat of a “jack of all trades” but with depth in mechanics.

Ideally, you are used to working in project form and advocate for short decision-making processes and an operational and production-oriented engineering role. You have an easy time immersing yourself in new technical issues and are both curious and driven to constantly seek new knowledge.

As a person, you are down-to-earth and unpretentious and are passionate about technical development and innovation. You are a good team player who values good collaboration and participation. Furthermore, you have good analytical skills and an interest in sustainability and environmental issues; at Viverk, we always strive to be at the forefront!

We work in Inventor and Vault as PDM systems, a plus if you have also worked with this or are familiar with it. We would like you to have good knowledge and be a proficient user of Excel and speak and write fluent Swedish; being comfortable with English is a plus. A B driver's license is desirable as there may be work-related travel.
