Fogmaker develops, produces, and sells a safety function. Our vision is to continuously provide the global market with the world's best and most sustainable fire suppression systems for enclosed spaces. This places high demands on all business processes, not least the installation process!

Your mission:

You will belong to the marketing department, where we currently have just over 30 people working with sales, communication, and marketing support, installation, and service assignments, as well as four people working with system design and technical support.

You will have a varied and dynamic role where you handle the following areas of responsibility:

• Design: Configure our fire suppression system for our distributors and manufacturing customers. The design often takes place in a CAD environment but also occurs in the field.

• Assembly: Support during the installation of our system in the customer's production.

• Technical support: Assist both internally and externally with technical advice and problem-solving.

• Training: Conduct training for new distributors and manufacturing customers.

• Audits: Conduct audits at distributors and manufacturing customers, identify deviations, and drive improvement measures.

• Documentation: Prepare risk assessment protocols and installation certificates according to applicable regulations and standards.

• Travel: Visit international customers and distributors in connection with installations, training, and audits. You will usually travel alone, but sometimes the trips are made together with a colleague or another function at Fogmaker.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical background and a few years of work experience in similar roles, and who may also have experience in CAD 3-D environments and preparation of production drawings.

To succeed in the role, you need to thrive in a technical and agile role where you take on significant responsibility and work both independently and in teams. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong desire to develop in your role.

Our customers and distributors are located all over the world, so it is important that you view travel and meeting customers in different environments as an exciting part of the job, and you easily adapt to different situations and needs.

Of course, you handle English fluently in both speech and writing – other languages are a plus.
