Responsibilities
1. Routine Maintenance
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
2. Inspections and Diagnostics
- Assist with vehicle inspections for wear, leaks, or damage.
- Use diagnostic tools to retrieve error codes (under supervision).
3. Repairs and Parts Replacement
- Replace basic components (brake pads, batteries, belts).
4. Manage Tools and Workspace
- Maintain tool organization and shop cleanliness.
- Operate equipment such as lifts or alignment machines (with guidance).
### Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers, explain services, and handle paperwork.
- Address basic inquiries and follow-ups after service.
### Quality Assurance
- Perform final checks on repairs and ensure vehicles are clean after service.
- Participate in test drives to verify repairs.
### Miscellaneous
- Troubleshoot issues with guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
