We are looking for a specialist in general medicine to join our wonderful team at Medpro Clinic Torpa-Brålanda

Medpro Clinic Torpa-Brålanda is a family-oriented healthcare center with about 50 wonderful employees. In addition to the healthcare center, we also have a child health clinic, rehabilitation services, and a clinic for youth mental health. Torpa healthcare center, together with its branch in Brålanda, has approximately 8500 registered patients. The mission of the healthcare center is to provide safe and accessible care and to work on preventive health - something we have been doing since 2011.

Our work model is based on teamwork both within the profession and across disciplines. As a specialist in general medicine, you will be part of a team together with residents, and together with other professional categories, we have regular rounds to take a holistic approach to the patient's health and provide the best care based on the patient's needs.

About the position

The tasks are varied, including planned doctor appointments, drop-in consultations, collaboration time, physician involvement in home care, and supervision of students, residents, and specialty trainees. You will have the opportunity to develop the operations together with other employees and participate in improvement and quality work.

All physicians are covered by a collective agreement between the Medical Association and the Healthcare Employers.

About you

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish corresponding to level C1.

We would like you to have a few years of experience working in primary care. An interest in supervising residents and specialty trainees is an advantage.

You are unpretentious, clear in your communication, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. As a person, you are team-oriented, solution-focused, and have an interest in developing and driving the healthcare center forward.

Scope: Full-time

Employment form: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
