Our medical clinic is a specialist clinic focusing on diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. We are now looking for a cardiac nurse. Your work with us is independent, and you will be responsible for your own clinic together with colleagues and doctors.

Cardiac Nurse for the Medical Clinic, Avesta

Job Responsibilities

As a cardiac nurse with us, you will work with:  

• Secondary prevention of patients with cardiovascular diseases
• Patient education such as Heart School and Heart Failure School
• Follow-up of heart failure patients, medication dosing
• Plan and coordinate electrical conversions
• Be responsible for and work with quality registers
• AVK clinic
• TeleQ, 1177 and other counseling
• Responsible for internal training in the area.

We are committed to professional development and a quality introduction. The position is a permanent employment at 100% daytime at the clinic.

Additional Information

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• has experience in the profession.

It is an advantage if you have:

• further education in cardiology
• experience working with cardiac patients, clinic work, or similar.
