Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the entire loan process from the first contact to the disbursed loan.
• Present offers from our partners and provide advice to optimize the customer's personal finances.
• Build trusting and long-term customer relationships.
• Work with a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up and analyze customer needs to find the best solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in advisory or sales is a merit.
• A strong inner drive and goal-oriented.
• Good ability to build relationships and create value for customers.
• Self-driven with a structured working method.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
• Free from payment remarks and without an active debt balance with the Enforcement Authority.
