Are you our next Operations Technician?

We are now looking for an Operations Technician for the Pulp Mill in the Recycling Production department, as our current technician is moving internally to work with other tasks.

We have just started our new soda boiler and turbine, and we are looking for someone who wants to continue developing the process area with us!

What will your role be with us?

The Operations Technician is a key player who, together with operations engineers, operators, shift leaders, maintenance, and department heads, works to meet the department's goals and solve daily challenges. In the role of operations technician, you will have a good mix of work environment, production technology, and development. Your days will include coordinating the work environment, prioritizing and coordinating maintenance efforts, and you will work operationally with problem-solving and optimizations to meet the department's goals. You will actively work on the department's development regarding work environment, productivity, quality, and external environment.

Responsibilities

Together with the rest of the operations management, ensure the availability of the department and optimize production with regard to continuous improvements.

Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of daily maintenance efforts. Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of shorter stoppages.

Together with the rest of the operations management, ensure the right skills and working methods.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education focused on technology/industry, or relevant work experience equivalent to education.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
