This has led to a significant need to recruit new employees to strengthen the Subsystem Design team.

The Group – Subsystem Design

Currently, the group consists of 21 engineers, of which 12 are consultants. The group is responsible for hydraulics, fuel, lubricants, intake, exhaust, cooling, and engine coverings for all our vehicles and vehicle variants. The group is part of the Vehicle Propulsion Unit, which is responsible for the propulsion of the vehicles.

Your Future Challenge

As an engineer within the Subsystem Design group, your daily work will involve concept generation and evaluations, industrialization of concepts with design and calculations in CATIA V5, risk management in the form of analyses and mitigations, as well as documentation in the form of drawings and technical specifications. The role also includes orders to other sections, design assessments of change proposals, and product follow-ups within test, production, and field environments.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a degree as a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and experience with CAD software. For the position, you also need to have some experience in hydraulic design. We believe that you thrive working both independently and in a team, as the work is project-based. You are also a humble team player who is willing to share ideas and is not afraid to present and defend them in a larger group. We also seek a certain flexibility and a receptive personality, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you have work experience in the automotive industry, experience in hydraulic design with associated software, and several years of experience with CAD software, where CATIA V5 is particularly meritorious.
