Sydnärkes Education Association conducts upper secondary education at Alléskolan and adult education at Allévux in Hallsberg.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you currently working in healthcare and feel that you want to advance in your career? Or are you a qualified vocational teacher in healthcare and social care and eager for new challenges? Do you want to help develop education in a successful organization? Now you have the chance to become our new colleague!

We are now looking for someone to complement our team in the Health and Social Care Education at Allévux with your knowledge and skills, in the pursuit of providing students with the best education! You will be part of the health and social care education team. The assignment may involve teaching in several different types of healthcare education, such as regular health and social care education, combined education, validation, and adapted upper secondary education. Currently, the position mainly involves teaching in the combined education within adult education and the health, care, and social care program at Alléskolan's adapted upper secondary school. We see that you have experience in building healthcare education.

As a teacher, you will be part of teams, teacher groups, and development groups where you will have the opportunity to contribute and develop through collegial learning in various ways. You will be part of a team together with other health and social care teachers at Allévux, where the focus is to offer education based on the conditions that our students have to study under. You and your team have great freedom to plan the work with students based on these conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• You have a vocational teacher's degree in health and social care.
• Alternatively, long and broad professional experience from work in health and social care as a nurse or occupational therapist.

Meritorious:

• You have experience teaching adults.
• You have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• You have experience in building healthcare education.
• You have experience in combined education.
• You are a nurse by training.

Personal qualities:

• You can work both independently and collaboratively.
• You have good communicative and pedagogical skills to adapt teaching and your pedagogical methods based on individual and group needs.
• You plan and organize your work effectively.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented, self-driven, and have good collaborative skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We ask that you attach certificates that verify your professional experience and vocational teacher's degree/teaching license if you hold one.

OTHER

If you have a vocational teacher's degree, you will be offered a permanent position. For those who lack a vocational teacher's degree, a fixed-term position will be offered for one academic year.
