We are now looking for a driven and committed first-line manager who wants to lead and develop our operations in Cleaning and Logistics at Säter Hospital and Hedemora Health Center. Placement: Säter and Hedemora.

First-line manager, Region Service Hedemora/Säter

Job Responsibilities

As a first-line manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service deliveries maintain high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for personnel, finances, and operations within your area and will actively work with:

• leading and developing the team - creating engagement and participation
• ensuring quality and customer satisfaction - delivering service of high standard
• work environment and rehabilitation - creating a safe and pleasant workplace
• budget and financial follow-up - driving the operation cost-effectively
• continuous improvements - working with quality monitoring and deviation management

We are an ISO-certified organization (ISO 9001 & 14001), which means that quality and environmental work is a natural part of your assignment. If necessary, you may also support other units within Region Service South.

As a manager, you will receive support from your operations manager, your colleagues, and our FM unit, which works strategically to develop our service offerings. You will be part of the operations manager's management team.

The position is a fixed-term managerial appointment with a permanent employment in your base profession.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in leadership within cleaning, logistics, or similar
• Understanding of finance and budget work
• Driving license B - travel in the job may occur
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Leadership training
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical handling, and environmentally adapted cleaning
• Experience in business development and working in digital systems
• Experience in management team work and/or working in a politically governed organization
