Sales Consultant Manager at Northcon – Lead and Build Relationships for the Future

About Us Northcon is a staffing and recruitment company that supports its clients with consultants primarily in Procurement, Logistics, and SCM. To continue our expansive journey, we are now looking for a Sales Consultant Manager who has a passion for building strong customer relationships.

The Role: As a Sales Consultant Manager at Northcon, you will play a key role in both leading and developing our consulting team, as well as identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive sales forward. You will be the most important link between our team and our clients, ensuring that we deliver at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of consultants and enhance sales
  • Build and maintain long-term and valuable customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively work on prospecting new clients
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closure
  • Ensure high quality of deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase our market presence
  • Create and deliver presentations for potential clients and lead negotiations during contract signing

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Several years of experience in sales and business development within the consulting industry
  • The ability to identify and leverage new business opportunities
  • Extra merit if you have worked as a consultant manager in procurement, logistics, and SCM
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
