What does the role entail?

As a Field Client Solution Specialist, you will be a key person in our team. Your task is to help clients find the right solutions based on their specific needs. In this role, you will work with more complex sales, where administration and working in various systems, including CRM, are an important part of your daily routine.

You will focus on building long-term relationships through a professional and thorough needs analysis, consulting, and business development. To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you have good structure and some experience in sales.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Consulting & Sales: Present and implement our innovative solutions for businesses.
  • Account Management: Take responsibility for one of our largest chains and build long-term relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities for new and existing clients.
  • Administration and System Work: Manage and update information in our systems and CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will work with a consultative sales approach that promotes partnerships and tailored solutions.
