We are part of the leading media group in the Nordics, Bonnier News AB, and are now looking for more corporate sales representatives for our office in Västerås. Since our inception in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the leading media group Bonnier News AB, has undergone significant expansion that marks our importance in the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 salespeople distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with total sales of 145 million planned for 2024, nothing can stop us!
As a corporate sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model as well as a guaranteed salary each month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. We offer a fantastic workplace with motivating colleagues, fun activities, and exciting sales competitions. About the role
As a salesperson at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You will start the workweek with your colleagues at our office in central Västerås. The day begins with a joint kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then speak daily with business owners in Sweden's business community via phone and offer them subscriptions to some of Sweden's leading business magazines such as Dagens Medicin, Privata Affärer, and Byggindustrin, to name a few. The workday alternates between sales, coaching sales meetings, self-study about the product you are selling, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who are you?
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial cooperation go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, and you strive not only to meet but also to exceed set goals. Your perseverance and work ethic ensure that you always stay focused and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which means you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.
Qualifications:
- Good ability to communicate and engage customers via phone and email/writing.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in proactive sales is an advantage.
- Experience in sales within the media industry is an advantage.
Additional information
The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission. You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You report to the sales manager, and we sit together in the “VLT-huset” at Slottsgatan 27 in central Västerås. At Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you will have access to benefits such as a generous wellness allowance of 3000 SEK, discounts, and extra compensation during parental leave. We are affiliated with a collective agreement through Almega and Unionen.
