About the Position

As a production leader at Löfbergs, you will lead and coach employees in their daily work to ensure efficient and optimized production. You will be responsible for coordinating, setting goals, and following up on key performance indicators, as well as driving improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with logistics, maintenance, the technical manager, improvement leaders, and the planning team.

Your main responsibilities include:

Leading and engaging production staff.
Ensuring that routines, instructions, and safety regulations are followed.
Driving improvement initiatives and optimizing production processes.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and budget responsibilities.
Operational problem-solving to ensure production flow.

The position of production leader is a fixed-term consultancy assignment from June 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, full-time, based at Löfbergs City in Karlstad.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role within production, preferably from the process or manufacturing industry. You have a technical education and a good understanding of production processes and improvement work. Furthermore, you are computer literate and proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English. A driving license (B) is a requirement.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, analytical, and communicative. You have a coaching leadership style and enjoy collaborating with different functions within the company. Your ability to see the big picture and drive development makes you a key player in the production team.
