About the Position

As a Quality Engineer/Quality Technician at RZ ZamPart AB, you will play a central role in the company's quality team, working to ensure and improve processes. You will be responsible for product qualification, quality preparation, outcome testing, and ongoing production assurance, including testing and measurement. The work is conducted in accordance with certified quality standards and customer technical requirements.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with production leaders and production technicians to ensure high quality in a specific production section. The role also includes handling deviations with internal and external customers, as well as leading improvement projects. As a Quality Engineer, you will also train staff in routines and standards to create higher quality and efficiency. The position is located in Karlstad and is a full-time position with daytime working hours.

Your main responsibilities as a Quality Engineer/Quality Technician will include:

Product qualification and quality preparation
Outcome testing and ongoing production assurance
Testing and measurement
Deviation handling with internal and external customers
Driving improvement projects and training staff

The position of Quality Engineer/Quality Technician is a direct recruitment to RZ ZamPart AB with a start date to be agreed upon.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry and quality work. Technical experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage. You have the ability to spread positive energy and strengthen team spirit in the workplace. Experience in deviation handling, internal and external audits, risk analyses (FMEA), capability studies, and standards (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) is a plus. RZ ZamPart AB values a mix of experiences and perspectives in the team and sees it as an important part of the work to provide customers with high-quality products on time.

Important for the position:

Experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry
Ability to work preventively and secure processes
Experience in deviation handling and quality standards
