About us

Ljungagården is part of Humana, a leading player in care and support. Here we offer accommodation for adults over 18 years old with mental disabilities, with or without the need for somatic care. Ljungagården is located in S.Ljunga outside Ljungby.

With us, we work in close collaboration between different professions. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, caregivers, nursing assistants, activity staff, and psychiatrists.

About the position

As a care staff member with us, you will have a varied job where you will plan and implement individual interventions based on the needs and goals outlined in our residents' implementation plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with other health care professionals.

Examples of tasks:

• Motivational and supportive conversations
• Follow up on residents' weekly planning and implementation plans
• Manage medications according to delegation
• Plan activities and transportation
• Social interaction
• Support with daily interventions and ADL (for example, care, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping)

Employment conditions:

We are currently seeking employees for a permanent position, hours, summer substitute.

Working hours are varied and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. We do not have fixed schedules; instead, you create your desired schedule based on availability. The employment rate is 50-100% depending on how you want to work.

Salary is based on agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements. The start date for the position is by agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. Everyone who receives employment within Humana Individual and Family is required to provide a criminal record extract before a job offer is made.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who can handle stressful situations with confidence and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work while also having good collaboration skills and enjoying teamwork. You have a pedagogical insight into people's different circumstances and can adapt your way of communicating to their needs.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant, caregiver

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with the target group
• B driver's license
