About the assignment / Om uppdraget

An English-speaking family in Alvesta wishes to receive help with childcare 2-3 afternoons/week between approximately 16:00-18:30 (Monday-Friday). They are looking for a candidate who speaks Swedish but is comfortable with English.

The family has one child who is 2 years old.

• We want a salary arrangement that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those who are still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Extra pay for unsocial hours and holiday pay
• Opportunity for a fixed agreement with guaranteed hours

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require an extract from the criminal record.
