Are you experienced in working as a cleaner in a larger group? Do you feel ready to take the next step by taking more responsibility and leading the team in Växjö?

You need to be able to plan and structure work at the client's location. The position will include some administrative tasks, and it is an advantage if you are computer literate.

Experience in stair cleaning is a plus.

• Experienced in leading a group.

About the employment

Employment: 100% full-time with a 6-month probationary period.

Requirements

- A few years of work experience.

- Driver's license B (with manual transmission)

- Proficiency in the Swedish language is required for speaking, reading, and communication.

- You have worked in a larger group.

Meritorious

- Experience in stair cleaning, move-out cleaning.

- Cleaning education PRYL, SRY professional certificate, or similar

About the role:

• You will clean at the client's location and help lead the other cleaners.
• Ensure cleaning quality with routine checks
• Handle requests/orders from our client
• Material management
• Substitute planning
• Responsible for your team of cleaners.
• Communication with clients and colleagues.
