Your Responsibilities

As a maintenance mechanic, you will play a key role in our team, responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment operate optimally. Your work will include:

• Identifying and solving technical problems and performing repairs to ensure high production quality.
• Implementing improvements to increase machine efficiency and safety.
• Collaborating with production staff to quickly address technical issues that arise.
• Machine maintenance: Regular service and repair of machines to ensure high operational reliability and quality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and addressing technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Improvement work: Implementing measures to increase machine efficiency and production safety.

You will also be prepared to travel for work and operate at various facilities, providing you with variety in your work and the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of the business.

You will be part of our maintenance department that supports the entire organization. Good communication and collaboration are crucial for success in this role.

The work will take place during day and evening shifts, so it is important that you are comfortable working different shifts.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with significant experience in maintenance work, focusing on machinery, and a good understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. You should also be able to effectively use diagnostic and maintenance tools. We see that you are driven and have a strong desire to continuously improve both yourself and work processes.

You are independent and comfortable taking your own initiative to solve problems, as well as being responsible with a conscious focus on safety and quality in your work. Furthermore, it is important that you are flexible and open to traveling and working at different workplaces.
