Make a Difference with Us

As a member of our property caretaker team, you will have a versatile job where you work with exterior maintenance, such as lawn mowing, gravel collection, litter picking, and weeding, among other tasks. There may also be opportunities for simple repairs and quick and professional handling of customer reports. With us, the computer and phone are essential work tools, and every work order is handled digitally.

This is a varied job where no two days are alike. Since you will meet many people daily, it is required that you are both social and professional and passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

You Contribute with Your Skills and Commitment

We are currently looking for individuals with previous experience in the property caretaker profession. It is advantageous if you have experience in gardening, plant knowledge, as well as machinery knowledge and experience with gardening equipment. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering service with a warm smile.

As a person, you thrive in working both independently and collaboratively within a team, and you communicate easily both within the group and with customers. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively.

The employment period is from week 24 to 32.

The position is based in Linköping, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
