Vehicle and Property Technician

About the position

We are looking for a Vehicle and Property Technician who wants to take care of the maintenance of vehicles and properties, as well as some administration. You will play a central role in ensuring that their fleet of vehicles and properties are in top condition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ordering repairs from the workshop and following up on statistics and regulations.
• Ensuring that the properties are in good condition, booking snow removal, and planning ongoing maintenance.
• Ordering spare parts, windshield washer fluid, and other necessary equipment.
• Performing minor repairs on vehicles during high workload at the workshop, such as fixing lights, wipers, or other equipment used.
• Booking inspections, managing tachograph controls, and ordering new license plates.
• Contacting insurance companies and managing vehicle insurances.
• Compiling fuel consumption and reporting statistics.
• Collaborating with traffic management, workshop, and finance department.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in practical work, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of vehicle technology and knowledge of laws and regulations in the transport industry.
• The ability to handle statistics, regulations, and reporting.
• System skills and good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good collaboration skills and practical skills.
