Are you a chef who wants to work with meal joy? Meal Service is responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to preschools, primary schools, after-school care, youth clubs, and high schools, as well as the preparation and delivery of meals to special housing. Orders such as snacks, sandwiches, lunches, and pastries are common.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will be in a large kitchen, including preparing and cooking meals for preschools, schools, and elderly care, conducting self-control, cleaning, washing dishes, planning, and ordering raw materials.

Requirements for this position

For this position, you must have a high school education as a chef or an equivalent education assessed by us. You should have experience from restaurant kitchens and/or large kitchens. You should have basic knowledge of special diets. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

It is additionally meritorious if you have:

• Worked in larger production kitchens
• Experience with texture-adapted diets
• Previous experience with dietary data systems
• B driver's license

Personal Qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to have a genuine interest in food and meals. You should be skilled in your craft, enjoy providing service, have good collaboration skills, and be creative. You are also responsible, have good communication skills, and can take initiative. You can plan your workday and prioritize both individually and in a group.

Scope/Duration and Start Date

Full-time, permanent. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The position involves work on weekdays, possibly on public holidays and weekends according to a schedule. A probationary period may apply, and the start date is by agreement.
