About the position

As a sports facility caretaker, you will be responsible for sports facilities and outdoor facilities, including surrounding areas such as football fields, ice rinks, athletics facilities, exercise tracks, sports halls, and outdoor swimming pools. You may also work with swimming (including water treatment/sampling), properties, and green space maintenance. Scheduled working hours (shift work) may occur. On-call duty may also be required. You will be responsible for planning tasks and for events. You are expected to collaborate with other departments as needed and, in some cases, perform work in other locations.

This position is a direct recruitment for our client Pema Partner.

About you

We are looking for someone with a high school education and a valid B driver's license. You should have good computer skills and be able to navigate easily between different digital tools. In this role, it is important that you can work independently while also having good teamwork skills and being social. You need to be meticulous, responsible, and have a strong ability to provide service, all in line with Pema Partner's core values: engaged, reliable, and solution-oriented.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with machinery
• Experience working in sports facilities, properties, or green space maintenance.
• Lawn care course
• Swimming water treatment training
• Ice rink maintenance
• BE driver's license
• Chainsaw certification
• Brush cutter experience
