Are you analytical, service-oriented, and have a strong ability to meet deadlines? We are looking for a driven and business-minded key player for our major customer department in Gothenburg.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will hold a key position where you drive and develop the bidding process for Derome's Major Customer Department with a focus on future sales. You will work closely with the sales organization and our suppliers to ensure high efficiency and quality in the bidding process.

• Drive improvement work within the bidding process.
• Ensure and implement that bids are planned, produced, validated, and handed over to the responsible salesperson on time.
• Project manage the bids in collaboration with other functions in the company.

Who Are We Looking For

You are structured and responsible, but also flexible and unpretentious in your work. You make decisions based on facts, dare to challenge, and work long-term to develop both processes and operations forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in bidding work, preferably within the construction industry.
• Product knowledge - broad construction technical knowledge.
• Relevant education/experience in construction-related measurement programs.
