Job Responsibilities
As a coordinator for technical requirements and guidelines (TKA), you will be an important part of our property department. The property department in Mölndal municipality is responsible for managing, building, leasing, and developing premises for the municipality's current and future needs. We have many ongoing and upcoming projects that require high competence and good collaboration. Our processes and working methods are constantly evolving as we work together for the best possible Mölndal for our residents and visitors. The property department works for the entire city and is organizationally part of the community building administration. The department has three unit managers and 30 employees.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and follow up technical requirements and guidelines within the field of construction technology
• Support project managers and other project actors as an expert in the field of construction technology throughout all stages of the construction process
• Support maintenance planners, property managers, and operations as an expert in the field of construction technology
• Coordinate technical requirements and guidelines across all technical areas, not just construction technology
• Be responsible for and carry out the revision of technical requirements and guidelines within the field of construction technology
• Be responsible for and coordinate the revision of technical requirements and guidelines across all technical areas with the help of other functions within the city and consultants.
• Be responsible for and coordinate the review of tender documents and construction documentation within all technical areas in our construction projects with the help of other functions within the city and consultants.
• Be responsible for, carry out, and coordinate the evaluation of all completed construction projects within all technical areas with the help of other functions within the city and consultants.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an education as a construction engineer or other post-secondary education or work experience that we consider equivalent. We also see that you have at least 5 years of documented work experience as an expert in construction technology or as an inspector in construction inspection. You have very good knowledge of building technology. You also have a good understanding of property automation, control and regulation, and other technical installations.

For the position of TKA coordinator, we are looking for someone who wants to work in a municipality where a lot is happening. You will have many internal and external contacts, and therefore we believe that you are communicative, self-driven, and independent as a person. You have extensive experience working according to processes and governing documents. To be successful in the role, you are structured and enjoy working with great precision in your tasks. We also see that you are curious and driven by coming up with new ideas and solutions. You also feel comfortable making decisions and leading a group in the work.
