ABOUT THE POSITION In the role of Application Technician, you will develop DMG MORI's customer solutions. Your task is to visit customers to provide training when they have purchased a new machine and assist our customers in further developing their production and providing programming support and customer-specific adaptations. You will also have the privilege of proudly representing the company at trade shows and events, where you will meet new potential customers and stakeholders, and you will serve as sales support to the company's salespeople.

As an Application Technician at DMG MORI, you will often be on the road and at your customers' locations. You will work from home, and your workweek will be planned in advance by the company's coordinators. The role involves a lot of traveling and many hotel stays, which requires you to enjoy being on the go. At the same time, you will be offered a very flexible and versatile role where no day is the same – perfect for you who thrive on constantly gaining new experiences!

Main Responsibilities:

• Operator and programming training at customer sites
• Develop the company's customer solutions
• Work with customer adaptations and program control systems (e.g., Heidenhain and Fanuc)
• Write reports and other documentation to create a good structure in your work
• Be a proud ambassador and represent DMG MORI at trade shows and events

ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone with a burning technical interest who loves problem-solving! We believe you are driven, responsible, and have a positive attitude. You enjoy taking on new tasks and see challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles. You likely have a natural drive and an ability to create a good structure among your tasks.

To thrive in this role, we also believe you are communicative and social. You get energized by meeting new people, enjoy making connections, and feel comfortable in the role of conducting training and guiding and helping others.

Other Qualifications:

• High school education, preferably with some form of technical focus
• At least 3 years of experience programming CNC machines
• Good knowledge of Heidenhain, CAD/CAM, and/or Fanuc
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Start: Immediately, by agreement Scope: Full-time, 100% Location: You will work from home, so locations will vary, but ideally, you live somewhere near Linköping, Norrköping, Gothenburg, Örebro, Jönköping, Vimmerby, Kalmar, Halmstad, Varberg, Falkenberg, Borås, Trollhättan, Ulricehamn, Skövde, among others. Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
