Sirdal Fjellpark is one of the region's most popular destinations for skiing and outdoor activities. We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled mechanic for our operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of ski lifts, snow production facilities, machinery, and other technical equipment.

The Position:

📌 Job Title: Operations Technician

📌 Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (100%)

📌 Working Hours: Shift work – day, evening, and night, all weekdays

📌 Working Language: Norwegian, English, or Scandinavian

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ Vocational certificate or experience as a mechanic, electrician, industrial mechanic, or similar.

✅ Experience in maintenance of machinery and technical equipment, preferably within the ski and leisure industry.

✅ Good technical understanding and practical skills.

✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

✅ A valid driver's license (categories S and T are advantageous).

✅ Experience with electrical and hydraulic work is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and operation of ski lifts – including troubleshooting, repair, and inspection.
• Care of snow production equipment and machinery – such as snow groomers and snowmobiles.
• Preventive maintenance to ensure safe and stable operations.
• Daily operations and technical supervision of the facilities.
• Other operations-related tasks during the winter season and maintenance work during the off-season.
