Job Description:

As a First Line Agent at BAUHAUS customer service, you play an important role as you have a lot of customer contact. In your role, you primarily work with service to our customers via phone, chat, and email, so it is important that you can express yourself professionally and master Swedish in both spoken and written form. We appreciate that you are self-driven and have the ability to meet and assist our customers with product, order, and complaint inquiries. It is important that you are solution-oriented and have the ability to empathize with the customer's situation. You are part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. The Position:

The advertisement includes a full-time position of 38.25 hours per week from April 7, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Working hours are varied, including weekends and evening shifts.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who enjoys and is skilled at working with people and is very service- and customer-oriented. We appreciate if you are a solution-oriented person who always tries to maintain a positive attitude toward your surroundings. In addition, you are outgoing, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented. If you have experience in related fields such as retail, craft professions, or customer service, it is an advantage but not a requirement. We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form and English in spoken form. In this recruitment, we will request an extract from the criminal record.

Your Main Tasks as Part of the First Line Will Be:

• Responding to our customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly
• Showing interest in the customer's projects
• Answering all possible questions about procedures and guidelines
• Assisting with product, order, and complaint inquiries
