Human Talent is looking for Ground Workers to start in April!

Human Talent is now seeking athletes and individuals with a sports background to work as ground workers for one of our clients in the construction and civil engineering sector during the 2025 season, starting in April. Are you a physically active person with experience in sports and looking for a part-time job where you can use your strength, endurance, and team spirit? Then this is the right opportunity for you!

Our client is an established player in the earthworks and civil engineering industry that needs reinforcement during the season – here you can contribute to important community projects and make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

As a ground worker, you will have a varied and rewarding workday, contributing to various earthworks and civil engineering projects. You will:

- Perform water and sewage works: Participate in the installation and maintenance of water and sewage systems.

- Work with concrete and paving: Lay slabs and stones for walkways and other surfaces.

- Preparation and excavation: Prepare the ground for various constructions.

- Build roads and create green areas: Participate in road construction and create green spaces in various projects.

The projects vary in both size and tasks, so you will work both independently and together with others. As an athlete, you know what it takes to work effectively in a team, and here you will truly make use of your strengths and ability to maintain a high pace.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a sports background, whether you are an active athlete or have previous experience from the sports world. Although previous experience in earthworks and civil engineering is advantageous, we see that your sports experience gives you important qualities that make you perfect for the role:

- Positive and team-oriented: You thrive in teams and contribute to a good work environment.

- Detail-oriented and goal-focused: You have a strong work ethic and can focus on the goal.

- Physical strength and endurance: You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather and see your physical fitness as an asset.

Having a B driver's license is a requirement, and we would like to see that you have a willingness to learn new tasks.

Additional Information

- Work locations: Norrbotten

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime

- Scope: Full-time, seasonal employment from April 2025
