We are looking for land and construction workers to strengthen our team during the peak season of 2025, with a chance for further permanent employment after the land and construction season. About the position

As a land and construction worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients. Your tasks include:

• Groundwork for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment for asphalting
• Water and sewage work

The work is mainly outdoors, and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2025, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a B driver's license
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience or education in land/construction, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone setting
• Experience in reading drawings
• Certificates for Work on the Road and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; these trainings will otherwise be provided before your employment starts at Install Infra.
