We are looking for site and construction workers to strengthen our team during the high season of 2025, with a chance for a permanent position after the construction season. About the position

As a site and construction worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Excavation work for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment for asphalting
• Water and sewage work

The work is mainly outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2025, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for you who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but are also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a B driver's license
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in site/construction, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone laying
• Experience in reading blueprints
• Certificates for Work on the Road and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; these trainings are otherwise provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
