HR Contact Support/HR Administrator

We are currently seeking an HR Contact Support/HR Administrator for our global automotive client in Gothenburg. This position is a consulting assignment starting April 1st and running until September 30th, 2025, with a good chance of extension.

About the position
Your main responsibilities will include;
- Handling inquiries from employees, HRBPs, and managers through our communication channels via phone, chat, and email
- Supporting and collaborating with other teams within HR Services to ensure effective HR support for the entire organization.
- Acting as the action owner of assigned cases.
- Establishing and correctly prioritizing created or received cases and acting according to documented instructions.
- Escalating cases to other support functions as needed.
- Driving knowledge management and documentation of errors and known solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement work for the applicable department and HR administrative processes.
Who are you?
For the role of HR Administrator, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a service-oriented profession. You have a consultative approach and put the customer at the center. You have the willingness and ability to take significant personal responsibility, and you are efficient and solution-focused with good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have:
- Post-secondary education in HR/Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working with administrative tasks within HR.
