Your role

In your role as a customer service representative, you will work to provide customers with expert assistance. You will have a lot of responsibility, but you will never be without support, thanks to the strong team spirit and high engagement from both colleagues and leaders. There are also opportunities to work from home, but this may change - therefore, it is important that you live within reasonable distance from our office.

Opening hours:

Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00

Employment rate: 100%

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible and solution-oriented, enjoys using the phone as a work tool, and loves talking to people. You are motivated and like to work purposefully and independently while being a good team player.

Additionally, we see that you have:

• Completed high school
• Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
• Very good computer and system understanding
• Experience in the service industry is an advantage.
