About the Workplace

In preparation for summer 2025, we are now seeking registered nurses for summer positions as well as nursing assistants/nursing students from semester 4 for delegated tasks.

In the unit, approximately 36 permanent nurses work alongside a stable group of wonderful hourly nurses to provide good care to patients enrolled in municipal primary care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are primarily responsible for leading the municipal health and medical care assignment. The assignments are performed as home visits in regular and special housing. Various patients with differing health conditions place varying demands on your competence, and you will build a broad knowledge base. Work hours are during the day, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts may occur upon request.

As a nursing assistant/nursing student from semester 4, you will work with delegated nursing tasks such as sampling, wound dressing, and catheterization of the bladder.

Placement can be in both special housing and regular housing depending on the needs.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the medical work and making independent assessments of healthcare interventions.
• Collaborating and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with deviations and documentation, mentoring, delegating to, and teaching staff in health and medical care interventions.
• Identifying and preventing risks in care and mapping the patient's needs for health and medical care interventions with an emphasis on person-centered care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, nursing assistant/nursing student who enjoys collaborating with your team and is used to taking significant personal responsibility for your work. To succeed in your role with us, you need to be self-driven and flexible. We also see that you have a solution-focused approach to your tasks along with good communication skills.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
