Career and Study Advisor for Primary School – Shape the Future Guidance with Cultor!

About the role and Cultor:

As a career advisor with us, you will work in a team, providing support, collaboration, and opportunities to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work with guidance for primary school students from various schools and also serve as an informant during our webinars for students and guardians throughout the school year.

At Cultor, we function as an integrated part of the schools' operations and a natural partner in the students' educational journey. We offer guidance that is accessible, individualized, and future-oriented, aiming to give each student the best possible conditions to make informed decisions about their studies and career choices.

We work both digitally and on-site, providing a high degree of flexibility and accessibility for students. Our digital guidance takes place through OnePlan – an innovative digital conversation room that ensures structured and effective guidance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Individual guidance conversations and group activities with students from different schools.
• Collaborating closely with school staff and external partners to create cohesive support for students.
• Adapting guidance to each student's unique background and needs, with a responsive and inclusive approach.
• Staying updated on labor market changes and educational opportunities to provide current and relevant guidance.
• Contributing to the development of innovative guidance methods that improve students' access to support and information.
• Using OnePlan to ensure structured and accessible digital guidance.

• Is a qualified career and study advisor with experience in primary education.
• Is passionate about supporting young people in their study and career choices.
• Is communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Has digital competence and thrives in a flexible and dynamic work environment where you can develop both your own work and guidance methods.
