We are now looking for a new team leader for my group!

I who am looking for you is a young girl living just outside Kungälv. I enjoy going for walks, cycling, or riding in my cart. At home, I like to watch movies, have home spa days, and spend time with my family and friends.

I am very particular about keeping my home clean and tidy, and I love interior design.

Summer is coming soon, and I love to go out to the sea at Marstrand and enjoy the view and the well-being that the sea gives me.

I am looking for you who possesses a calmness and security in yourself but can also share yourself and contribute with laughter and joy. It is important to me that you feel secure in making your own decisions when necessary, which sometimes is required since I have epilepsy that may need to be managed acutely. I also wish for you to be attentive, flexible, and thorough.

If you have previous experience working with sign language support, PEG, stoma, or epilepsy, it is an advantage but not a requirement. It is important that you can communicate in Swedish fluently, both written and spoken, tolerate pets, and are non-smoking.

I would like you to have an eye for order and structure, and the ability to create schedules and coordinate, as these are tasks included in being a team leader for me.

The working shifts with me are varied on both weekdays and weekends, but for my life to function best, we work 13 hours each shift so that we can plan the day without being dependent on staff changes. Before you work your own shifts, you will receive a long introduction so that we can get to know each other!
