Temporary Therapist at Nämndemansgården Rehab Center in Gothenburg

Do you want to help develop our treatment for people with addiction and dependency? We are currently looking for a temporary therapist for Nämndemansgården Rehab Center in Gothenburg to help us drive our work during the summer.

We focus on adult men and women who have developed an addiction or dependency on alcohol and/or drugs.

The rehab center in Gothenburg is part of Nämndemansgården and Feelgood's specialist area of Harmful Use, which assists companies, individuals, and social services throughout Sweden with preventive measures, investigations, and treatment for risky use, harmful use, or dependency. Feelgood's culture and work community are characterized by a positive attitude, innovation, a holistic view, and a strong desire to achieve good results.

We are looking for a temporary therapist who wants to help develop our individually tailored treatment. You will be a key person for the quality of the treatment and work together with colleagues in a small team on-site with the client in focus. As a temporary therapist, you will be responsible for ensuring that group therapy is conducted according to our routines and that treatment for each individual progresses according to plan. You will also be responsible for delivering the lectures included in the treatment and ensuring documentation.

We offer an individually tailored treatment based on the initial assessment. Like Nämndemansgården's other treatments, these programs are based on well-established treatment methods. We work with both twelve-step-based interventions, psychotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and MI (motivational interviewing), so we welcome candidates with education and/or experience in these areas. You need to have experience leading groups and be able to work independently while also fostering a strong team spirit.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is an educated treatment pedagogue or has equivalent education.
  • has at least 4 years of experience in treating risky use, harmful use, or dependency.
  • is professional, attentive, independent, responsible, and eager to learn new things.
  • has a good ability to build relationships and a deep understanding of processes related to addiction and dependency.
  • is curious, creative, and places great emphasis on relationship-building.

Scope: Hourly as needed. If you have questions, contact site manager Christina Larsson at 070 814 69 51.

If you have questions: contact Christina Larsson at christina.larsson@namndemansgarden.se

Welcome with your application, selection and interviews will be ongoing.

Application deadline: Interviews will be ongoing
