Are you an experienced and service-oriented head waiter looking to be part of an energetic team at Västerås' largest nightclub? Then this is for you!

About us: Publik is Västerås' largest nightclub where great food, amazing drinks, and fantastic atmosphere come together. We offer our guests a unique experience and are now looking for a head waiter who wants to help elevate our guest experience to new heights.

About the position:

• Employment type: Probationary employment
• Scope: 50-80% and occasional days as needed
• Working hours: Varying, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the service and ensuring guests have the best possible experience
• Lead and organize the work of the service staff
• Receive bookings and coordinate seating
• Ensure that quality and service are at the highest level

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a head waiter or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Has excellent leadership skills and a sense of service
• Is structured, flexible, and able to handle stress
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working in a team
