Group Manager for the Execution Operations
The Individual and Family Care in Finspång works according to the Signs of Safety (SoS) method, which runs like a common thread throughout the IFO.
It is an approach, a solution-focused conversation method with a toolbox aimed at working with children, youth, their families, and adults. Children's participation is a prioritized issue for us, and we talk to children in all parts of the flow in IFO.
We are now looking for a group manager for the Individual and Family Care (IFO) with responsibility for execution operations. The execution operations conduct preventive, support, and treatment interventions for children, youth, families, and adults.
We see that you, as an applicant, have the ability and commitment to lead and coach employees in their daily work, as well as a drive to contribute to business development and collaboration.
Your future tasks
As a group manager, you will have personnel responsibility for approximately 14 employees. Based on the new social services act, a lot of change work will take place for the executors in IFO. The operations will work with competence-based treatment methods while also needing to transition to early and accessible interventions. The execution operations are in an expansive phase.
Your tasks will consist of operational work with daily supervision for your employees as well as case distribution. You will also work on method development in the area and drive business development for the entire IFO together with your managerial colleagues. You will have operational and personnel responsibility for your own group. You will not have direct financial responsibility, but the role requires financial awareness. Personnel responsibility includes monitoring and supporting the development of your employees, salary setting, and workplace environment responsibility. Operational responsibility involves ensuring that your employees follow the handbooks and methods in place and ensuring that internal and external collaboration works.
You report directly to the operations manager at IFO, Work, and Inclusion. As a new group manager within the operational area, you will receive individual coaching in your leadership from the operations manager. You have 3 group managers, 3 unit managers, and 5 administrators as your closest colleagues. An advantage in Finspång is that everyone sits in the same municipal building, making it easy and convenient to get support from colleagues, HR, or administrators.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who wants to be a close leader and drive development processes together with your employees. You should be able to delegate development areas and engage your employees. You collaborate, create, and maintain relationships with partners.
Requirements for the position:
- Degree in Social Work
- Several years of experience in the social services field
- Managerial experience
- You are knowledgeable about municipal operations and their assignments.
- Possess a valid B driver's license.
It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of execution operations, treatment methods, and crime prevention work, as well as experience with the Signs of Safety approach.
