About the job
Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer of 2025
Start date: 2025-06-09 or by agreement
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: According to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 16 years old and have completed ninth grade. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most would probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us this summer! When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, assisting our customers, to keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you will quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we can promise that you will gain experiences – in areas such as sales and service – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do in the future. Perhaps you will continue working with us even after the summer?

About us

About you

- You want to learn new things and develop.

- You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
- You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
- It’s a plus if you have worked in a store or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
- You take responsibility for your job, are punctual, and reliable.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do as well, that’s great!
- You have the qualifications and personal qualities that make you suitable to work with us. If you apply for the job, you will have to take a test that shows this.
