About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment that initially lasts for 3-4 months. You will be employed by Boxflow and work as a consultant for our client. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment as well as other assignments at Boxflow.

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible person who enjoys administrative tasks and has a good ability to work in a structured manner. Since the role involves various administrative tasks in different systems, we prefer someone who is detail-oriented and has an eye for precision. The work requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and above all, engagement and a willingness to learn.

Since the position is part of a larger team, the person needs to have good communication skills and be able to express themselves clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, especially in writing. As the tasks are varied and often screen-based, good adaptability is also required to smoothly switch between different tasks. Therefore, we are looking for a structured and organized person who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and who thrives in an administrative role with a focus on quality and efficiency. Profile & background

• Basic upper secondary education
• Experience with administrative tasks and system familiarity - preferably within Supply Chain
• Good written communication, mainly in Swedish but also some English
• Higher education and training in logistics is an advantage

Expected start is immediate and selection is ongoing.
