After 13 years in Sickla, Sovel has moved to Gamla Stan. In September 2024, we opened the doors at Mälartorget 15 to our new restaurant, which is a spacious 700 m².

The new Sovel consists of four different areas. A dining room focused on what we do best, which is the foundation of the restaurant - meat. In addition, we also have a deli shop, a cocktail bar, and a wine bar.

We are now looking for engaged and service-oriented individuals who want to help shape Sovel's identity in the new premises. We are looking for someone who is positive, has a sense of service, and wants to be part of our wonderful team.

About us: In September 2024, we opened our new restaurant focused on meat in Gamla Stan. We are now seeking experienced and dedicated waitresses/waiters to strengthen our team.

Position: Waitress/Waiter - Part-time/Full-time

Experience: At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

● Serving according to a la carte standards.

● Providing high-quality service to our guests.

● Contributing to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Desirable:

● Knowledge of wine and other beverages to provide recommendations to guests.

What we are looking for:

● At least 2 years of documented experience in the service industry.

● Experience working with a la carte service.

● A strong service mindset and the ability to create good relationships with guests.
