About the position:

As a customer service representative with us, you will work in bright and modern offices in Lund, with good communication options for public transport users. For those who drive, there is also ample free parking at the building. You will have the opportunity to work both in the office and from home.

In this role, you will be the face of Parkster, where you and your team handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. We value teamwork, job satisfaction, and personal development, and these values permeate every workday.

The job is part-time and initially mainly during evenings and weekends. During the summer months, there may be opportunities for more working hours during office hours, depending on needs. We are looking for a flexible employee who can adapt to a varying schedule to meet customer needs. The opening hours are 07:00–22:00 on weekdays and 07:00–18:00 on weekends.

We offer a variable salary, where the work you put in is reflected in your pay. We want our employees to feel secure, and we also offer a guaranteed monthly salary according to our collective agreement with Unionen.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a high school education or equivalent experience.
• Has work experience and references.

Experience from similar work is a plus, but above all, we value who you are as a person and your willingness to grow with us.
