We are now looking for a new employee for Audi at Möller Bil Västerås. Do you enjoy working with service, customer contact, and delivering high quality? Maybe you are the one we are looking for?

About the position

As a service advisor, you will have daily contact with our customers and be our face to the outside world. You will guide customers in technical questions, book appointments, and prepare cost estimates. You will handle phone calls, warranty issues, and invoicing, and your task is to always ensure that the customer is satisfied with our way of resolving their case.

Your qualifications

• Driving license B with permission for manual transmission vehicles
• High school education
• Previous experience in customer contact
• Computer and system proficiency as well as good administrative skills as you will work daily in various systems
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

As a person, you are open and caring in your approach and have an easy time creating and maintaining good contacts, both with customers and colleagues. You are always ready to go the extra mile to make the customer truly satisfied. You find it easy to follow processes and routines and have no problem planning your work, and re-prioritizing if the situation requires it. Feeling responsible and achieving set goals is important to you, and you see the advantages of a good team to succeed fully.

The position is a permanent full-time employment and we apply a six-month probationary period.
