Accounting Assistant Wanted in Uppsala

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for an upcoming assignment in Uppsala.

Responsibilities:

• Administer budget work
• Follow up on budget outcomes and costs
• Order placement, being the department's cohesive resource/support
• Invoice management
• Supplier contact, follow-up on placed purchase orders

The assignment means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work out at our client in Uppsala. The position is an upcoming assignment, so more information about the start and duration will be provided during a possible phone interview.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Economic education or background in the field
• Experience working with digital tools, good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Patient, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Structured, meticulous, and organized in your work
• Experience working independently while also having a good ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to exercise leadership both within and outside your own organization
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you enjoy a business-close role where you get to spend time on the construction site to communicate with the performers.
