Ödeshög Municipality is located in southwestern Östergötland, with Omberg to the north, Vättern to the west, the fertile Östgötaslätten to the east, and the deep forests of Holaveden to the south. The E4 highway runs through the municipality, allowing you to easily reach both Linköping and Jönköping in 40 minutes by car. Approximately 5,400 residents live in Ödeshög Municipality, which, with its approximately 400 permanent employees across four different administrations, is the municipality's largest employer.

About your workplace: Fridtjuv Berg School

The Education Administration is responsible for all municipal school activities in Ödeshög Municipality. The administration works with all students in Ödeshög from preschool to adult education. The municipality has good school results with the ambition to become even better. The F-5 level consists of two schools and three after-school centers with a total of about 300 students. Fridtjuv Berg School is located in Ödeshög and is an F-5 school with just under 300 students.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a teacher in practical subjects, you will teach supplementary subjects in lower or middle school, such as sports, music, art, technology, or whatever is needed within the organization. We have a class teacher system where the mentor teaches the majority of subjects, and this position is a complement to this, with needs varying each school year.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an engaged certified teacher with the qualifications to work in grades F-5. You must be a certified teacher and have a valid teaching license.

As a person, it is important that you bring enthusiasm and energy to colleagues and students and dare to present new ideas that develop the entire organization. In our organization, we see it as natural to work and develop together to provide the best possible education for students, and collegial learning is therefore important to us. You are positive and have an easy time creating good relationships with both students, colleagues, and parents.
