The primary school/adapted primary school is part of the Education Administration. The operation includes 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school, with a total of approximately 4500 students. Five of the primary schools are secondary schools, while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The operation also includes after-school care.

Tjällmo School is a F-6 school located in an old cultural area with beautiful nature and exciting history. Here, knowledge, safety, and movement are in focus. Students are given the opportunity to work across grade boundaries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching based on the curriculum and course plan. You create a safe and inclusive learning environment and support, motivate, and stimulate students' knowledge development through varied working methods based on their individual conditions. In your teaching, you make a difference for our students by believing in their abilities, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and making it clear to each student that they can succeed in both big and small matters. You work based on proven experience and research and strive to ensure that students receive the best possible development, both academically and socially. You carefully document students' performance and development. You maintain contact and collaborate with guardians and other actors outside the school and inform guardians about students' development. Through systematic quality work, you work to ensure that set goals are achieved. Together with your team, you develop the school's mission and continuously promote collegial learning.

The assignment is 15%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a primary school teacher degree and certification with qualifications in wood and metal crafts. You are driven by helping students succeed, and your teaching is structured and based on clear leadership. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and learning environments characterized by inclusion and variation. You can see and meet each student and start from what works. Your students have a good understanding of where they are in their knowledge development. You systematically involve students in evaluating the teaching, and student influence and participation are a natural part of your teaching.

You are clear in your leadership role and have a positive view of students, believing that all students can and want to succeed. Your communication skills are good, and you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You have a driver's license and access to a car.
